Dear Artists and Friends of the Vosler Young Artists' Studio:

Today our school was posted on artist, James Gurney's blog called, "Gurney Journey."  You will recognize him as the creator, author & illustrator of "Dinotopia."  He is a very interesting artist and I met him recently at the Portrait Society of America Convention in Altanta, GA.  We talked about our new art school for children and became friends.

You will find his webblog very interesting and fun.   In today's post he added "My own mentors and what I was doing at age 13."
